OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
The Bible Center for Christian Leaders (BCCL) uses the curriculum of the Bible Training Centre for Pastors (BTCP), a ministry dedicated to biblical formation for nearly 30 years. The BTCP program, translated into 39 languages and implemented in over 80 countries, has become a global tool for equipping church leaders. Learn more at www.btcp.com.
The BTCP curriculum is designed to train and equip local church leaders in their specific contexts. Its primary goal is to empower leaders with the biblical knowledge and ministry practices needed to effectively serve their congregations and communities.
The program offers a biblical, systematic, portable, and comprehensive approach, providing the foundational equivalent of a solid Bible college or seminary education. Training sessions feature interactive classroom lectures and discussions, led by qualified teachers who guide the learning process.
The training is divided into several modules, each requiring 30 hours to complete. This modular design ensures flexibility and accessibility, especially for students in remote areas with no access to other Bible training programs.
Our students often come from remote areas where formal theological education is unavailable. They are leaders who aspire to strengthen their churches and spread the gospel in their communities.
Our teachers, all volunteers, bring extensive ministerial experience and theological training. They dedicate their time, expertise, and resources to equip leaders worldwide, embodying the spirit of servant leadership that the program seeks to instill.
The BCCL, through the BTCP curriculum, is committed to raising a new generation of biblically grounded leaders, fostering healthy churches, and advancing the gospel globally.
